Tulum is, without any doubt, the most suggestive beach in the Yucatan peninsula, a strip of fine white sand, 10 km long, with its legendary Maya's ruins perched atop a limestone cliff overlooking the Caribbean sea. Today it is the emerging area in Mexico: located only 130 km south of Cancun and 65 km away from Playa del Carmen, it represents the southern end of the Riviera Maya and, since 2008, it is the 9th municipality of Quintana Roo. The political and administrative change determined the approval of the new Urban Development Master Plan and urged the Mexican government to support important infrastructural improvements. Among these, the most important is the new International Airport, on the way from Tulum to Cobà, scheduled to open in 2012, which is expected to cause a strong growth of touristic flow towards this region. The immediate effect of these important changes was a substantial increase of 30% in real estate prices in Tulum and its surroundings.
With the Mexican company Manantial S.A. de C.V. we are now able to offer different and interesting opportunities of investment in the Tulum area. For more informations please view the Manantial brochure.
